The 60-2 Rigid by TFD is characterised by its natural appearance. The structure of this PVC floor can barely be distinguished from natural materials. This is because a special technique has been used for these planks, namely Register Embossing. This involves giving the top layer a structure which is identical to the design drawing. As a result, you can see and feel the relief as if it was a real wood floor.
This floor is light in colour. Every grain and knot of the design can be witnessed in the structure of the 60-2 Rigid planks.
This design is also available in the dryback Style Register collection of TFD Floortile.
The 60-2 Rigid is a Rigid Just Click floor
Rigid Just Click floors are a relatively new floor product. They are Stone/Polymer/Composite floor panels with a PVC top layer, and feature a click system. The floors are floating, which means they do not have to be glued like glue-down/dryback PVC strips. Levelling is also unnecessary in many cases, and they can often be placed on top of existing hard floors as long as there are no major height differences in the sub-floor (more than 3mm). This means the floor can be installed relatively quickly and easily.
Another major advantage of these Rigid Just Click floors is that they can be easily removed and possibly re-installed in a new home, for example.
The solid Rigid Just Click PVC floor can be used in residential settings as well as large-scale projects. They combine the best of two worlds: the convenience of PVC and the simple installation process of click-system floors.
Rigid Just Click is 5 mm thick and has a wear layer of 0.55 mm (available in several qualities, also in 5mm x 0.3). The designs have a natural appearance, partly thanks to the embossing. The Rigid Just Click collection is thus also very strong and stable!
Sustainability, safety, public health and the environment are given the very highest priority at TFD Floortile.
As a result, TFD only supplies completely safe PVC floors featuring the required safety certificates (DiBt Ü-Zeichen certificate & CE certification from TÜV Rheinland), which means they comply with the strictest norms.
All our floors are made using Virgin PVC’s. They are pure, high-grade PVC’s which have not been mixed with lower grade PVC’s. These PVC floors can thus be recycled.
All our PVC floors are produced without using phthalates as plasticisers. Instead, we have opted for alternatives that have proven to be safe for public health and the environment.
OUR FLOORS ARE READY FOR THE FUTURE.
